I found the shelving unit for $100 and the vanity (currently out of stock) for $379 all with free shipping... if she got these things on sale at a Bath store I could see the price she paid. These things are available on eBay. I am personally buying the shelving unit but since i have a double sink and love transitional/traditional, I will have a full base with shaker/contemporary doors.
I'm sorry but you folks don't lnmow what a SMALL bathroom is. I agree with smsh1208. I think my bathroom is even a little smaller than hers/his. MAYBE 5' X 5'7", with even less floor space that isn't taken up by fixtures. We are contemplating taking out the tub and just putting in a shower since we are not tub bathers. PLEASE show us some REALLY small bathrooms and kitchens, as well.

I bought 2 3x5 mirrors at a salvage store for $10 ea,$60 glass bowl sink-Ebay, wall mount faucet$70-Ebay, $50 vanity at salvage store, new toilet-garage sale $10, saved glass from old shower doors for the glass wall in new shower. Will paint, add between stud storage behind door,shelving over door for storage, also will tile floor w/tiles from salvage store. Hey it can be done, if you are willing to be flexible in your ideas. BTW, my bath is only 5x7
I'd like to know where #18 found the sink cabinet base for $300 and the shelving for $200...I have been looking for months and haven't found anything comparable for less than $500...
