Master Bathroom Design Tips

Toilet Tips

Low-flow toilets are great for water conservation, but you want to make sure they are also powerful. For great performance, look for a toilet with a glazed trapway that measures 2-1/4 inches or larger. Keep in mind that a quality toilet may add $150 or more to your remodeling budget. The investment is worth it in the long run.

Partial walls offer a way to create seclusion around the toilet when the bathroom is too small to allow a dedicated water closet.

Elongated toilets are considered more comfortable than round ones, but they occupy more space.

I, too, would love to know where to get the look of these cabinets.

The bathroom is tricky... I used to tackle projects based on my high style needs, but I ended up overpaying for hardware that leaked, cracked, or simply wasn't functional in the long run. I trust a professional plumber and designer from sites like econtractorbids.com now... I'm much happier, and my dollars are getting spent wisely.

Love the cabinets...are they purchased as kitchen or bath cabinetry?
