What to consider when choosing bathroom faucets.
Bathroom Faucet Buying Tips

Bath Faucets
With fewer demands to meet than their kitchen counterparts, it's no wonder the range of bath faucet offerings includes fixtures that are fancy and fun. Some of today's bath faucets can be best described as pieces of water-producing sculpture. The artistry begins with the spout (whether classically curved or designed for a stylized water flow), continues with the handles (from clever levers to timeless crosses), and ends with the finish (oil-rubbed bronze and nickel are two of the most popular).

When you're deciding which bathroom faucet to buy, think about these points:

Single-handle faucets allow for simple water-temperature control and easy cleanup (only one spot to collect soap and soil). This design is typically considered contemporary.

If you love the look of a widespread faucet but your sink is designed for a 4-inch center-set, a mini widespread may give you the effect you want: The spout and handles are designed to mount in center-set holes with the handles 4 inches apart.

Some faucets are designed with high spouts to accommodate above-counter bowl-like sinks. A wall-mount faucet is another good choice for this design.
