Blue-Ribbon Blend
Paint, marbled glass, and muntins turn this door into a cheerful charmer.

Materials to Buy

• Blue latex paint
• Marbled-glass
• Muntins
• Arch raised-panel cabinet door

Tools to Gather

• Router
• Fine sandpaper
• Damp cloth

Step 1: Route out the door’s raised panel.

Step 2: Clean and lightly sand door.

Step 3: Apply two to three coats of blue latex paint and allow to dry.

Step 4: Have a piece of marbled-glass cut to size at a glass or hardware store and position it on the door.

Step 5: Purchase muntins to size, then prime and paint, allowing to dry after each coat.

Step 6: Glue muntins in place to stimulate the look of an old-fashioned window and cover glass seams as necessary.
