Here's the original door.
Step 1: Route out the door’s raised panel.
Step 2: Clean and lightly sand door.
Step 3: Apply a stain-blocking primer and two-to-three coats of white latex paint, allowing paint to dry after each coat.
Step 4: Have a piece of plain window glass cut to size at a glass or hardware store.
Step 5: Paint the glass using a stencil and frosty-white glass paint, repositioning the stencil as you fill the entire glass area. Allow to air dry.
Step 6: Position glass in door using pushpoints to hold it in place.
